We’ve packed in three fast-paced titles to get things started.

If you can pull yourself away from the pavement, try the powder of SSX: Snowboard Supercross. Game critics are raving about this fast-action winter title, which includes unconventional racing environments and a wide variety of boarders.

The game pack also includes NASCAR 2001, which features independent artificial-intelligence routines that mimic the real driving styles of the 35 professionals in this game. You’ll find that some of the drivers are constantly nipping at your heels, while others are pacing you to exploit your first mistake.

To help you race head-to-head with your opponents, this bundle also includes a bonus Dual Shock 2 controller. Also, we’ve included the official PS2 vertical stand, which turns your machine into a tower of sleek gaming power.

Customer Review: An Essential Piece of 360 Kit
If you have wireless controllers for your Xbox 360, this is a must buy. The kit comprises a charger, mains cable and one rechargeable battery pack. The charger can take two battery packs at any one time and will charge both in around four hours, or a single battery in about two hours. The battery pack lasts ages in your controller so charges shouldn’t be too frequent. There are status lights on the front indicating if the batteries are still charging or have finished. There is also a separate Play & Charge Kit for the 360, which plugs your controller into the console’s USB port to charge the battery. All well and good, but it doesn’t charge as quickly and the cable defeats the object of having a wireless pad. For these reasons, the Quick Charge Kit is a better bet. Extra battery packs cost about ?9-10 and are worth the investment. The whole set-up will pay for itself within a matter of weeks compared to the equivalent cost in AA alkaline batteries, so get one today!
Customer Review: Good but be careful!
I got this peice of kit for xmas and it works brilliantly. It charges full in about 1 hour and lasts for 25 hours of play which is ruddy good. Here comes the but, the battery pack has small metal strips to connect it to the charger and if you charge alot the metal strips where away and you cant charge anymore (like mine). Im going to try the play and charge kit as i dont have to take out the battery therefore wearing away the strips.

Customer Review: Great value
Considering that the e-Reader costs about $40 all by itself whereas here you’re getting it for free, this is a really great deal. Aside from that, the only negative consequence of buying this bundle is that you’re forgoing the Game Boy Advance SP with its lighted screen and rechargeable battery for its less “advanced” predecessor here.

However, being someone who owns both systems, I will say that the orignal GBA has one major advantage over the SP. That is, the controller and buttons are far more comfortable for an adults hands due to the wider form-factor, especially the ‘L’ and ‘R’ shoulder buttons. When playing first-person shooters like Duke Nukem Advance (a great game by the way), those two buttons are used throughout the entire game to straffe left and right around your enemies. So while the original GBA lets you rest your index fingers fairly comfortably on those two large buttons, on the SP they are tiny and somewhat flimsy and are basically impossible to use constantly without your fingers getting sore.

Obviously, with the SP being the newer model of the GBA it still has the most significant benefits, like the aforementioned screen light and rechargeable battery. But if you’re a grown-up who’s in the market for a GBA and you’ve got a well-lit space to play games in, you would still be well served with this bundle–a very good buy.

PlayStation2 Golfer’s Pack Customer Review: Great game but durability poor
The playstation 2 is a great game console and etc.. Graphics are great. You have to remember that there is always going to be something bigger and better out each year. As someone who is in the computer business and works on computer games the graphic are great. The down part to playstation 2 is that if by chance it drops or banged up in anyway. You mine is well by a new one. Sony has a lowsy warrenty on it.

Game Boy Advance Console - Clear Blue
The Game Boy Advance features power that would have been unthinkable back when the original Game Boy was launched. Its 32-bit RISC CPU runs circles around the former machine’s 8-bit workhorse, allowing it to process program instructions much faster. What that means to everyday gamers is more intricate visuals, more simultaneous movement on the screen, and better sound. In fact, the often-annoying bleeps and bloops of old-school Game Boy titles are being replaced with digitised stereo sound. When you first pick up the system, you’ll notice how lightweight it is. It’s a little less than 150 grams, but a little larger than a deck of playing cards. The GBA’s wider shape fits better into a wider range of hands, and the screen is fitted with antiglare technology–you need pretty good light to play by, but you won’t be craning your neck and tilting the unit to see around the reflection of the light bulb in your screen.

You’ll also notice the graphics. Essentially sporting redesigned SNES technology, you’ll see things on the GBA that the big consoles do, such as scaling (making objects larger or smaller) and rotation effects–technological advances that will affect the look of everything from crossing a finish line to scoring a goal to crawling through a dungeon. The extra processing muscle also means you can network up to four Game Boy Advance units together, via the communication cable, for multiplayer fun from one shared cartridge. Because the Game Boy Advance system is backward-compatible, it will play not only its own line of colourful games–including such launch titles as Super Mario Advance, F-Zero: Maximum Velocity, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 2, and Kuru Kuru Kurin–but also almost all of the monochrome and colour games that have already been released for the previous Game Boy systems. It seems that Nintendo have wisely struck a balance between size, price, and power consumption. And considering how well the old 8-bit system weathered the decade’s technological storms, the Game Boy Advance seems here to stay. –Porter B Hall

Customer Review: Decent enough…
The GBA maybe showing its age against the DS and PSP but it’s still a decent portable gaming system and there’s nearly always something for everyone here. The handheld has a large list of games plus it can play older Game Boy and Game Boy Color titles giving you access to a massive library of games to choose from. If you have the right cables you can link up with other GBA’s to play multiplayer games and even link up with the Gamecube on certain games. The only major problem with the system is the lack of a back light display which means that if you play the GBA in a poorly lit place you won’t see very much. There are ways around this (worm light, afterburner…) but you are worried about this I recommend getting the GBA SP or a DS instead. If you are looking for a cheap portable gaming system, you won’t go far wrong with the GBA. Get some decent rechargeable batteries and bus/train journeys will never be the same again.
Customer Review: Good system for the kids
This is an OK first game system for the kids. it will keep them amused for some time, although, if you are used to the screen lighting up, this is not for you. but once you get used to that, you can enjoy the console, plus the ability to link to other users can take you to another level, so long as you have the same game !!!!

Ignition 2.0 Dance Pad for PlayStation2 and Xbox Game Systems Customer Review: Ignition 2.0 is simply the best you can get.
Hi, I have been playing DDR for over 6 years now. The RedOctane Ignition 2.0 Pad is, by far, the best foam pad you can get. The 3.0 and 1.0 pads are nowhere near as durable. The 2.0 pad is no longer made but I am selling one of mine here for less than retail, and its in perfect working condition! I’ve searched all over eBay and retail markets and no one is selling these anymore. They are nearly impossible to find, which is sad because they are simply THE best pads. 5 stars, hands down. I own two of them and I’ve never had a problem, on PS1, PS2, or XBOX. The pad is responsive, durable, and professional (feels like the arcade!). I love the RedOctane Ignition 2.0!

Limited Edition Platinum Game Boy Advance

October 31st, 2007

PlayStation 2 Console Black When it comes to video games, the one that raised gaming up by several notches is the Playstation 2 or PS2 as its endearing fans call it. It remains a major player in the vidgame ring with new games being published for it each year. Its large repertory of games helps it enjoy continued popularity. The PlayStation-2 computer entertainment system is small, slim and network ready. And it has an enormous game library - over 1,400 games - to choose from! The redesigned PlayStation2 inherits the basic functions and design philosophy of earlier PS2 systems, but the internal design architecture has been completely overhauled to include the latest technologies. Renew your current PS2.
If you’re just getting into videogames, the PS2 is a great place to start. You’ll love it! Play DVD videos and audio CD discs on your PS2 DualShock analog controller with pressure sensitivity on every action button (up to 255 levels) and the enhanced mobility of the analog thumbsticks

Customer Review: Cancellation Nightmare
I love Xbox Live, but I feel someone has to draw attention to the immoral sales tactics used with respects to cancellations. The only way to cancel is to phone a customer service number where you’re kept on hold for a lengthy period of time and harassed by a customer service representative concerning your reasons for cancelling the service - why do I have to justify cancelling the service exactly? What’s more, it took me several attempts to actually cancel my account (which is automatically renewed) because the operator had “no record” of my gamertag - despite my account still working perfectly. This is completely unacceptable and quite frankly Microsoft have ruined a terrific service by opting for the gutter tactics of making it easy to sign up for an account but as difficult as possible to cancel. With this said, I love the product and I can only hope that if enough people complain or don’t resubscribe - and I point blank refuse to resubscribe given the way I was treated - Microsoft will eventually change their sales tactics.
Customer Review: What are you waiting for?
Live is brilliant, its outstanding, play games, download tv & movies (not uk yet), download demos, arcade games, meet up with mates and get extra game content. Sure you need points to buy some content but our games are free (excluding this) and demos are free too.

Customer Review: hoping this is better than carbon
I have only played the demo and from what i can see it will turn out to be one of the better need for speeds. 1st the graphics are amazing, no more blur with nos and the cars look great. 2nd the cars finally have damage maybe not the most realistic but better than nothing. 3rd drags are also set to be in this game which is such a relief and they look like they are making the cars do wheeles. but and this is a big but there is no free roam!!! im not sure if this is true or not (lets hope not) also from what i have heard their is NO cops which sucks i realy hope this isnt true but if it is it still wont spot me from buying it need for speed will always be recomeded by me i just hope this one is better than carbon
Customer Review: going in the wrong direction (preview)
Need for Speed is supposed to be about being chased by police in free roaming enviroments or having stupid street races with cheesy street racers. This has neither from what i can gather. All races are legal sort of track races. There are no police cars/chases and there is no free roaming!!! It’s like they’ve decided, hmmm what’s fun about our previous games and then decided to remove them. There are already two ‘realistic’ racing games in PGR4 and Forza 2 so we don’t need another one. Of course the game isn’t out yet so the game may be good but i really doubt it as this will most likely be a poor version of PGR4

Limited Edition Platinum Game Boy Advance
This is a special limited-edition, platinum-colored Game Boy Advance console.

When you first pick up the Game Boy Advance system, you’ll be amazed at how little it weighs. At fewer than 5 ounces and a little larger than a deck of playing cards, the system easily fits into a shirt pocket without any sag. The GBA’s wider shape fits better into a wider range of hands. The former design too often pushed the left and right thumb knuckles together during gameplay. The new layout is comfortable for all ages, and the center screen orientation makes it easy to see.

Game Boy Color owners will find the GBA’s larger screen somewhat darker than they’re used to, but that’s because the screen is outfitted with antiglare technology. Like the old Game Boy Color, the color LCD is not backlit, so you need pretty good light to play by. Unlike that system, though, you won’t be craning your neck and tilting the unit to see around the hot-spot reflection of the light bulb in your screen.

But you’ll also notice the graphics. Sporting what’s basically a redesigned SNES technology, you’ll see things on the GBA that you see on big consoles, such as scaling (making objects larger or smaller) and rotation effects–technological advances that will affect the look of everything from crossing a finish line to throwing a touchdown pass to crawling through a dungeon.

Customer Review: Incredible.
This console was awesome. Surely 5 stars. It ranks equivalence to the SNES in graphics, so you can really get something nice out of it. It also plays Gameboy/Color games so it’s kind of the “GameBoy Ultimate.” It plays everything, it has SNES+ graphics, and it has several features. Along with the Gameboy Player, the E-reader, and several others, the GB link cable makes a comeback. You can be playing Mario Bros. with 4 of your friends, or hook up for more stuff. Excellent value, recommended.

GAMESTER USA Power Station for Game Boy Advance

October 31st, 2007

Godzilla Mothra Larvae Plush Figure Mothra is always on a mission rather than a blindly rampaging menace. The colorful mothra like most insects started as a rather ugly larvae. Made by Toy Vault.

In a nutshell:
Real-time strategy games are not normally the sort of thing you see on a console but EA have pulled out all the stops to make The Battle for Middle-Earth II work on the Xbox 360, with easy to learn controls and mountains of online options.

The lowdown:
Although most real-time strategy games are designed around using a PC keyboard and mouse they usually never get to appear on a console. With this game you’d never have guessed there was ever a problem with just a few button presses allowing you to direct vast armies and construct huge castles and encampments. Although the game is set during the same time period as the movies the action is focused elsewhere in Middle-Earth, although there’s still plenty of familiar faces. Although it benefits more than most from a HDTV screen the only real problem with the game is a slightly short single player campaign, but that shouldn’t be enough to put you off this rare console strategy treat.

Most exciting moment:
The best way to play the game is undoubtedly online, with five all new and very different game modes. The capture the flag mode works particularly well and ensures that multiplayer games never drag on too long or get too defensive.

Since you ask:
The success of this game will not only influence EA’s decision to bring Command & Conquer 3 to the Xbox 360 but THQ are also considering console versions of their real-time strategy games Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War and Company of Heroes.

The bottom line:
The first proper console based real-time strategy game for years.

Customer Review: finnaly a good rts for xbox 360
i havent really played any good rts’s for xbox but i then bought lotr:battle of middle earth 2. unlike many rts’s on consoles such as the xbox this one had finally sorted out the selection links on the controller so its just a quick pull on the right trigger and a small tap on the a button. you can command many different factions and units. elves gondor knights and dwarves are the factions under the good side. and uroki orcs ad coasers of umber are the factions under the bad side. you can follow the bad or good campaign battleing your way through middle eart with hundreds of men at your command. like most other rts’s you have gain many resources before you master a massive army.buildings come under resources, barracks, archery range, forge works, stables, blacksmith, tower, healing shrine, wall hub and castle. you can build as many of these buildings as you want but only if you have got enough resources. the graphics are pretty good for a rts and the amount of gameplay that comes with is good too. with the powers tab on your palentier you can summon creatures, beings or buildings. note you can take to the skies with some beings. seas can also be conquerd if you have a shipyard. you can build transporst, warships, beserkers and destroy ships in a shipyard.if a mission with buildings already placed on the map you can cpature them e.g watch towers and ship yards. this game is also xbox live enabled so you can take the fight to anyone around the globe. it also comes with the ability to download maps, pictures and themes obviously at a cost. if you havent got xbox live and dont want to follow the campaign the go to skirmish and set up a small game agaisnt the computer.you can choose the difficulty of all 4 teams and what faction they are and what side their on e.g. all against all, 2 on 2 or 3 on 1. overall this game is great but can become tedious!!!!!!!!
Customer Review: Fun Fun Fun
This is a game that in many ways is similar to Command and Conquer or Caesar III on the PC.. its a strategy game where you build up your armies and fortresses and do battle against good or evil depending on your choice of army. you can play mission based levels or set up a skirmish altho i did find skirmishes a little frustrating as you are constantly attacked before you can build up your army, there is also online game play via xbox live where you can pit yourself against a friend. there are a couple of good tutorials that do help alot and i recommend using them as the control system does need a little bit of practise. this is mainly a point and click game, point here, build a barracks or some other building, create your army, point to the enrmy and watch your guys attack them, point to ememy buildings and send your troops to destroy I found this game to be fun, entertaining and the graphics altho not jaw dropping are pretty good and are good enough to do the job. the voice overs on the cut scenes do seem a little out of place but the biggest problem i found was moving your cursor around the playing area can lead to a jerkiness as the screen is scrolling altho it doesnt do this all the time. This is a good game, with good reply value as you can complete using the good army and then play again using the bad guys. there is a demo availible on xbox live

Customer Review: GOOD FUN BUT NOT ENOUGH
I bought this game second hand and glad I did so. Although it was really fun and at times challenging, the overall game was really short. I defeated Darius, the last boss eventually with my SLR Maclaren. After this, the credits came up and blah blah blah but it says that I have only completed 87% which is rather odd. Does anyone know what I have to do after defeating Darius
Customer Review: Nfs Carbon
I think this game is actually very good the online is fun and you can play in different types of races like pursuit tag and some others the car’s and design system is good even though there ain’t actually very many starting designs to autosculpt but you can also choose already made designed wheels, body kits, hood etc instead of making your own. The career is easy some opponents are hard if you have a bad car but easy if you have got the right car for the right race good fun game worth buying.

At first look, you might think the Game Boy Advance SP is a sleek travel alarm clock; when closed, it’s just as tall and deep as the original GBA, but only half as wide. Its clamshell design protects the screen from everyday scratches. Open it up and the hinge will seek out a preferred, pre-set angle (about 150 degrees), though you can open it a bit wider or narrower for your own comfort. The hinge stands up well to lateral pressure.

Many decried the original GBA’s reflective LCD screen and its reliance on external light sources. The Game Boy Advance SP’s main feature–optional built-in lighting–fixes this complaint nicely. The quality of the backlighting is very good; it’s bright and clear when looking directly at the screen, though less so from other angles.

The SP comes with a power adapter that recharges a built-in lithium battery; our informal tests found that it takes about four hours to fully charge (you can play it while it’s plugged in and charging), and the battery lasts about 11 hours with the backlighting constantly on. Using the backlighting less often will conserve battery power.

Size, power, and affordability don’t come without trade offs, though. There’s no headphone jack here–you’ll need a separately sold adapter–and the system isn’t very loud at its highest volume. The L and R shoulder buttons are a fraction of the size they were on the GBA, and thus are harder to hit, and the reduced size of the SP is slightly less comfortable for adult hands than the GBA. The cartridge port placement on the lower part of the console is fine for GBA games, since they are flush with the console body, but older Game Boy Color carts will stick out in a way that takes some getting used to.

Overall, the SP is a significant improvement on, and seems just as rugged as, its predecessor–which has proven to be very rugged indeed. –Porter B Hall

Customer Review: why bother
this ‘case’ came yesterday and im not very pleased with it. the manufacturer describes this as ‘high grade’ WHATS SO HIGH GRADE ABOUT THIS. Being honest dont buy this (atleast not for ?10) so far I have being using this for around a week and its already starting to break (also it doesnt even fit onto the DS properly). I also have problems taking the stylus out and i really doubt that this ‘case’ can protect from anything, if Ican turn back time i would rather buy another case

Lite Essentials Pack (Nintendo DS)
List Price: ?9.99
Amazon Price: ?8.99
Customer Review: Handy and gives good protection
The most value for money items in this pack are definetly the carry case and the clip case. The carry case is very good. Although it’s a bit chunky and not very stylish, it does the job very well. There are straps inside to secure the DS plus some netting which can hold the clip case which comes with the pack, the earphones and with a bit of a squeeze a GBA cartridge as well, thus it being kind of chuncky is well made up for by the fact that you won’t have to have these items lying around or getting lost in your bag somewhere. The strap that comes with the carry case can turn it into a not so stylish shoulder handbag, but they are prone to come lose. However the case is definetly sturdy enough to be squeezed in your overstuffed backpack. The clip is also incredibly handy, most packs I’ve seen only seem to have some lose game cases, which still means they’ll be lying around somewhere lose, which in my case would mean I would lose them. This one can hold 3 DS cartridges plus an extra stylus, all of which are protected by some kind of hard close fitting foam. Why they put in a very low quality mirror beats me, but it’s not a disadvantage. The earphones are good, they have an adjustable volume control in the lead, which really is a plus, they give a good quality sound and they look nice. Mine have lasted for a year now and are only broken because I have frequently accidentally let them fall on or swing against metal desk and chair legs, since I use them at work almost every day. The only part of this pack I can’t comment on is the car charger as I have never actually used it or had to use it, but I guess it is handy for long journeys abroad by car. Overall I think this pack is good value for money, especially for people who think being able to take 3 DS games with them and keeping the 3 games, the earphones and the DS all in the same carrier case is really handy.
Customer Review: Good and essential
Great value accessory pack for your Nintendo DS Lite Console. Keep your machine protected with the durable carry case. Store your game cards in the handy clip case. Charge your console via the cigarette lighter or 9V socket with the handy car charger. Enjoy your games in stereo sound with the sylish earphones.

Customer Review: Boring, Boring, Boring
I bought this game after reading the good reviews about it and expected it to be really good. I was bored out of my mind. The music is boring, the graphics are poo and overall I just think it is rubbish. It could do with a little more colour and the characters need more personality. Do not buy this game. If you like games to challenge you then this is not the one for you, in fact it is not the game for anyone. They should stop selling the game and destroy all of the ones that have already been sold. Oh yeah, and did I say - this game is poo!
Customer Review: Different but a little tedious at times!
Having read most of the reviews, I was very excited about playing this game. It is like nothing I have played before and overall it’s a good story, however, I really didn’t find this game challenging, infact I would go as far as to say that it’s pretty easy and you are given so many clues that you don’t use much of your own initiative. Some of the conversations with other characters are so long that my attention was easily diverted. I thought that there would be a lot more of my own input into the conversations however out of all the conversations, only 10% of it gives you “question options”. At times when I wanted to explore I found myself saying “not again” out loud when I was stopped to talk by one of the characters. Don’t get me wrong, I’d still recommend the game because we’re all different and have different views of what makes a good game but I wouldn’t play something like this again.

42 All-Time Classics (Nintendo DS)
In a nutshell:
Possibly the least obscure game title ever, this does exactly what it says on the tin with forty-two classics from chess and backgammon, to darts, poker, bridge and solitaire.

The lowdown:
The surprising thing about this game is that nobody’s thought to do it before. The games are split into three varieties of card game and two of board games, plus a selection of “action” games including bowling, darts and billiards. Playing the card games is just as easy as you’d expect with two screens and a stylus, whether it’s Old Maid and Pig or Texas Hold `Em and Bridge. The board games work just as well, with Chinese Checkers, Checkers (i.e. Draughts), Dots and Boxes and more. You’ll also find games like Turncoat (i.e. Othello), “Connect Five”, Ludo, Mahjong and Solitaire. You have got to go to some effort not to find something of interest amongst this selection.

Most exciting moment:
The best thing about having so many games is that, except for the ones that are purposefully single player, they can all be played online. If you’re playing against a friend you can even chat using a PictoChat style interface.

Since you ask:
The Japanese and Western versions of the game have several different exclusive games. Japan never got Texas Hold ‘Em, Dots and Boxes, Grid Attack, Ludo, Dominoes, Escape or Mahjong Solitaire but instead have Napoleon, Goninkan, Bozumekuri, Sugoroku, Size Game, Last One and Mini Golf in their version.

The bottom line:
The one video games compendium that really is for everyone. - HARRISON DENT

In a nutshell:
The DS finally gets its very own Web browser, as Nintendo firmly embraces the Internet age and finds some clever new uses for the touch screen and stylus.

The lowdown:
The DS Browser comes on both its own DS cartridge and a memory pack that fits into the GBA slot of your DS (there are two version of the Browser, with memory packs to fit either the original DS or the DS Lite). The obvious benefit of surfing the Web on a DS is the large screen area afforded by two screens and the stylus - which also makes typing in Web addresses a lot easier. The problems though are a low screen resolution and the fact that the browser doesn’t support Flash files, movie files, sound files, PDFs or anything else that needs a plug-in to work. As long as you recognise the limitations though, this is still a cheap and easy way to access the Internet when on the move.

Most exciting moment:
The big problem with accessing the Web outside of PC monitor is that it doesn’t all fit on screen at once. The DS overcomes this problem in perhaps the most elegant manner yet, with an option to put an overview of the whole page on the top screen while letting you scroll around on a zoomed in version on the touch screen.

Since you ask:
The DS Browser is based on a PC application called Opera, developed by Opera Software. The same company is also creating a version of the browser for use with the Wii console, which will be free for the first six months of the console’s life.

The bottom line:
Surf the Web on the move, but don’t expect an entirely smooth ride. -HARRISON DENT

Customer Review: Effectively Useless
The concept of the browser for DS and DS Lite is simple, an Opera based web browser optimised for the system allowing you to view web pages on your Nintendo handheld. While it accomplishes this the end result is effectively useless, the Nintendo DS just was not designed for web browsing and this is very obvious. Reading most text requires zooming in to a degree that excessive scrolling is required, loading speeds are generally slow and macromedia flash is not possible due to the memory limitations. While having a web browser on the DS has its uses, it is rarely as enjoyable as using a computer. This combined with the limited functionality of the browser create a heavily overpriced item. For the ?20-?30 people are spending, this needed to be something above expectations. It isn’t.
Customer Review: Useful Net Access for Travellers
Do you get out and about a lot but are afraid to lose contact with your far away internet buddies? Then this nifty piece of software is perfect for you! Available in both DS and DS Lite versions (the first will stick out of the Lite, naturally), the DS Browser is perfect for checking and sending e-mails or looking up the odd bit of data. It has an in built handwriting recognizer which makes writing more simpler than the point and click method. Password and minor customization features are also included. And yes, the DS Browser also works in America! I bought one for a friend over there and it checked out great with her. Just remember, with its limited supply of memory included in the GBA memory cart, visiting websites with a lot of imagery isn’t a good idea. You can’t view anything that requires a plugin, so Flash movies are a no-go. And you certainly can’t use any form of IM chat (but in browser chat clients like GTalk may well be an option). But for keeping in touch when you’re on the move, it’s very handy and a lot cheaper to maintain than mobile phone text messages. Just make sure you keep a list of the nearest Wi-Fi hotspots handy.

The epic story of The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker continues as Link finds himself lost and alone in unknown seas in a new adventure. Featuring intuitive touch-screen controls and innovative puzzles, The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass offers new challenges for fans of the series and an easy-to-grasp introduction for gamers new to The Legend of Zelda. But time grows short, and only the Phantom Hourglass can buy Link the minutes he?ll need to survive. Many months have passed since the events of The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, and Link, Tetra and Tetra?s band of pirates have set sail in search of new lands. They come across a patch of ocean covered in a dense fog, in which they discover an abandoned ship. Tetra falls into danger when she explores the ship alone, and Link falls into the ocean when he attempts to rescue her. When he washes up unconscious on the shores of a mysterious island, he is awakened by the sound of a fairy?s voice. With the aid of this fairy, he sets off to find Tetra ? and his way back to the seas he once knew. The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass is controlled almost entirely by the stylus. Using the touch screen, players direct Link?s movements and attacks: A sweeping motion triggers Link?s spin attack and tapping characters makes Link speak with them. The stylus controls offer a more intuitive means of playing the game and open up new possibilities for puzzle solving. The game action takes place primarily on the touch screen, with a map on the top screen. However, the player can inspect the map on the touch screen and make notes using the stylus. The notes on these maps are saved for review on the top screen during game play. Players use the map to chart courses for their ships, too. Using the stylus to draw a path through the islands, players set their ships? courses. Then, as the ships automatically follow the paths drawn, players can control their ships? cannons to target oncoming enemies. In dun

Customer Review: The best DS game so far
This is really an excellent game! whereas other games have been transferred to the DS and dont take advantage of the new things it offers, this game is built for the DS and uses everything that the DS has to offer. Gameplay is brilliant and using the stylus is easy and dare i say it a lot better than using the d-pad. This game just prooves to me why nintendo is still the best developer because it manages to get the best games out of its hardware! an essential purchase

Talladega Nights - The Ballad of Ricky Bobby (UMD Mini for PSP)
The fastest man on four wheels, Ricky Bobby (Will Ferrell) is one of the greatest drivers in NASCAR history. A big, hairy American winning machine, Ricky has everything a dimwitted daredevil could want, a luxurious mansion, a smokin’ hot wife and all the fast food he can eat. But Ricky’s turbo-charged lifestyle hits an unexpected speed bump when he’s bested by flamboyant Euro-idiot Jean Girard (Sacha Baron Cohen, TV’s “Da Ali G Show”) and reduced to a fear-ridden wreck. Losing his wife and job to best bud and fellow fool, Cal Naughton, Jr. (John C. Reilly), Ricky must kick some serious asphalt if he’s to get his career back on the track, beat Girard and reclaim his fame and fortune. ‘Cause as Ricky Bobby always says, IF YOU AIN’T FIRST, YOU’RE LAST!

Customer Review: Bah
I found this movie Cornie and stupid. The whole plot is very redneck to me. Perhaps I have the wrong sense of humor for this. It is definitely not for everyone. I like some of Ferrell’s other stuff. This one does not do much for me.

Customer Review: Does exactly what it says on the tin
I bought this along with a GBA for my son's Sixth birthday and he can't get enough of it. Yes the game play and graphics aren't up to PS2 Standards but then it isn;t being played on a PS2. Having varying levels and using all the film characters including frozone by boy is utterly enthralled. Easy enough for him to be getting on with by himself most of the time and yet challenging enough for him to have to ask for dad's help every now and again. Would recommend
Customer Review: What is the attraction?
I decided to buy this for my 8 year old son, along with the gba as we are travelling alot this summer. We have a PS2 at home and that is fine, but apart from the fact that this fits in your pocket, I really do not see the attraction to it. We all enjoy the graphics and gaming capabilities of our PS2 and friends x-box - in comparison this game is a trip back to the games of the mid eighties (and not in a fun nostalgic way either.) All you do is scroll along punching people, it is awful. He has had it less than 24 hours, and like others who have written a review, has virtually completed it. Not impressed at all. It only gets two stars for the Elastagirl stretchy bits!

Customer Review: It’s the best.
This guide is in my view the best tekken 3 guide out, it gives a very detailed look at all the moves, combos and tricks, all the secret characters and how to unlock them. Get it, it’s the best.

Customer Review: Average sound
Unless your laptop’s soundcard is not working, or your speakers are barely hearable I wouldn’t recommend this. Odds are your laptop does as much as these speakers.

It is well built, looks resistant and it does a decent job. Do not expect very good quality.

Customer Review: Great idea, currently poorly implemented.
If the drivers get fixed this is a 5 star product, however for the moment it just gathers dust in my drawer…… Here is why. Every time i want to use it i have to unplug ALL my usb devices, boot my pc, train the pad before plugging in my usb stuff. Despite the promise of Force Feedback support with the wireless racing wheel “soon” after launch, 8 months on and its still not been sorted. Pad wise, when it works, it works really well, and the usb issue isnt a problem for everyone, so if it works for you then great. It IS a fine product, at the moment ruined by poor drivers.
Customer Review: Quality Product
I bought one of these from Curry’s for ?14.99 as I like the xbox 360 controller for playing racing games and more recently the excellent shooter Lost Planet on my pc. I usually use a keyboard and mouse for shooters but this game works very well using the 360 controller. Fortunately I didnt manage to damage the receiver when opening the extremely difficult to get into packaging and setup was a doddle - plug into a spare USB port, install the driver that comes on the CD ,press the button on top of the receiver and the green light flashes, press the little receiver button on your wireless controller ( turn the pad on first, ahem! ) and 2 seconds later it connects and aw
